Refund Policy

1. No Refunds on High-Ticket Coaching and Programs

All sales of one-on-one coaching, group coaching programs, masterminds, and high-ticket programs (any purchase over $300) are final and non-refundable.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Private 1-on-1 coaching sessions
• Group coaching programs
• Mastermind programs
• VIP intensives or immersion programs
• Any program priced at $300 or more

By purchasing these services, you acknowledge that coaching and educational programs require your time, attention, and implementation. Results are dependent on your effort, commitment, and application of the material provided.

2. Money-Back Guarantee Requirements (Products Under $300 Only)

This section ONLY applies to products or programs priced under $300 where a money-back guarantee is explicitly offered at the time of purchase.

If a specific product under $300 includes a stated money-back guarantee (which will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase), the following conditions apply:

You must provide documented proof of implementation, including:

• Completion of all required modules, lessons, or coursework
• Attendance at all scheduled coaching calls (if applicable)
• Submission of all required assignments or worksheets
• Documentation showing you applied the strategies taught for a minimum of 30 consecutive days
• Evidence of taking action on at least 80% of the material provided

Refund requests will be denied if:

• You have not completed the required work
• You have not attended scheduled calls or sessions
• You cannot provide documentation of implementation
• The request is made outside the stated guarantee period
• You are requesting a refund due to "change of circumstances," personal reasons, or buyer's remorse
• The product is priced at $300 or more (see Section 1)

3. Personal Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to manage your finances and purchasing decisions. Transcendent Creators and Freedom Code LLC are not responsible for:

• Changes in your financial situation after purchase
• Buyer's remorse or change of mind
• Your inability to participate due to time constraints, personal circumstances, or other commitments
• Technical issues on your end (internet connectivity, device compatibility, etc.)
• Your misunderstanding of what was included in the purchase

By making a purchase, you confirm that you have the financial means to complete the transaction and that you understand what is included in your purchase.

4. No External Results Guaranteed

We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or earnings. Any income examples, case studies, testimonials, or results shared are not typical and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of earnings.

Your results depend entirely on your effort, background, dedication, skill level, motivation, and numerous other factors beyond our control. We provide tools, strategies, and guidance—but implementation and results are your responsibility.

5. Right to Terminate Services

Transcendent Creators and Freedom Code LLC reserve the right to terminate services with any client at any time, for any reason, without issuing a refund.

Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of our Terms of Service
• Abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other participants
• Non-participation or repeated no-shows to scheduled sessions
• Suspected fraudulent activity or chargeback abuse
• Any behavior that disrupts the integrity of our programs or community

If we terminate services, no refund will be issued regardless of how much of the program remains.

6. Chargeback and Dispute Policy

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute is considered a breach of this agreement and will result in immediate termination of all services without refund.

If you have an issue with your purchase, you must contact us directly at support@contactgavin.com before initiating any chargeback or dispute with your payment processor (Stripe, PayPal, or bank).

Consequences of chargebacks:

• Immediate termination of all program access
• Legal action to recover funds, fees, and damages
• Permanent ban from all current and future programs
• Reporting to chargeback mitigation services

By purchasing, you agree to resolve any disputes directly with us before involving your payment processor or financial institution.

7. Payment Methods

We accept payment via:

• Credit/Debit Card (processed through Stripe)
• PayPal
• Wire Transfer (for select programs)

All payments are processed securely. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge and agree to this Refund Policy.

8. Cooling-Off Period

Due to the nature of digital products and coaching services, there is no cooling-off period. Once you gain access to materials, attend a session, or receive any portion of the service, your purchase is final.

9. Exceptions

The only circumstances under which a refund may be considered are:

• Technical error resulting in duplicate charges (refund of duplicate only)
• Failure to deliver the product or service as described (must be reported within 7 days of purchase)

All exception requests must be submitted in writing to support@contactgavin.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

10. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
